3. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled through our online platform, by phone at (604) 555-0123, or in person at our physical address.
- A deposit may be required to secure certain services or appointments, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of service. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Vehicle Condition and Valuables
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to service. Pacific Shine is not liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- Customers must inform Pacific Shine of any pre-existing damages, modifications, or special conditions of their vehicle that may affect the detailing process. Failure to disclose such information may affect the outcome of the service and Pacific Shine's liability.
6. Damage and Liability
While Pacific Shine takes utmost care in performing detailing services, certain pre-existing conditions or unknown issues may become apparent during the process. We will inform you immediately if any such issues arise. Pacific Shine is not liable for pre-existing damages or those that occur naturally due to the age or condition of the vehicle.
In the rare event that damage occurs due to our negligence, Pacific Shine will assess the damage and, at its sole discretion, offer a suitable remedy, which may include repair or compensation up to the cost of the service provided. Our liability will not exceed the cost of the specific service rendered.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
Pacific Shine guarantees the quality of our workmanship for a reasonable period following the service, the duration of which may vary depending on the specific service provided. This guarantee covers issues directly related to the detailing work performed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, subsequent damage, or issues arising from improper maintenance by the customer.
For specific products like ceramic coatings, independent manufacturer warranties may apply. We will provide relevant warranty information at the time of service where applicable.
